A Closed Simple Cycle

I normally have people over to play board games on Saturdays, but this weekend everyone was busy so we canceled it. This would be a great time for me to strike out and find new friends, but I’m not so good at that. It was super nice out and I couldn’t bear to just sit inside all day so I took this random walk. My idea was just to walk to Harvard Square to see how long it would take; normally you’d just take the T there, but it seemed like a decent place to start. As you will see I went to a lot of places, and spent about 2 hours. The walk, annotated, via Google My Maps.

I am pretty sure if I had to use the T by my lonesome, I would not make it back home.

I take random walks like that all the time! It must just be the thing to do in Boston. I do try to avoid them at night, however… sometimes those turn into runs rather than walks.
