I ran across a link to this, <a href=\"http:\/\/online.wsj.com\/article\/SB123388681675555343.html\">Let&#8217;s Start Brand New Banks<\/a>. It sounds <a href=\"http:\/\/72.233.35.22\/?p=566\">pretty familiar to me<\/a>. Although, it works from evidence instead of first principles, but I still feel justified.
