They are LEDs powered by a battery and affixed to a magnet. The goal of the creators was to enable non-destructive graffiti. That seems cool, but I think what they have really done is turn the whole world into a light bright! Awesome! I totally want to make a bunch of these, get a group together and go draw on something!
